Shortcrust pastry candies

INGREDIENTS

  • 90g sour cream
  • 90g of butter
  • 1 yolk
  • 200g (1 1/4 cup) of flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • Cherries without the pits
  • Powdered sugar

METHOD

  1. In a bowl mix together butter, sour cream, and yolk, and add flour and baking powder.
  2. Roll out the dough and cut it into triangles, and fill with cherries without the pits.
  3. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
