Shortcrust pastry candies
INGREDIENTS
- 90g sour cream
- 90g of butter
- 1 yolk
- 200g (1 1/4 cup) of flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Cherries without the pits
- Powdered sugar
METHOD
- In a bowl mix together butter, sour cream, and yolk, and add flour and baking powder.
- Roll out the dough and cut it into triangles, and fill with cherries without the pits.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
