Vegan Honey Walnut Tofu

Ingredients:

  • 400g soft tofu (freezed, thawed and pressed)
  • 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 cup sweet potato powder
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 6 tbsp nut milk
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • airfry at 200°C for 10-12 minutes
  • 3/4 cup raw walnuts
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup fiber syrup

Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup chickpea mayonnaise
  • juice from 1/2 lemon
  • 2 tbsp fiber syrup
  • season with salt and pepper
  • spring onions
