Vegan Honey Walnut Tofu

Ingredients:
- 400g soft tofu (freezed, thawed and pressed)
- 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1/4 cup sweet potato powder
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 6 tbsp nut milk
- 2 tbsp oil
- airfry at 200°C for 10-12 minutes
- 3/4 cup raw walnuts
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/2 cup fiber syrup
Sauce:
- 1/2 cup chickpea mayonnaise
- juice from 1/2 lemon
- 2 tbsp fiber syrup
- season with salt and pepper
- spring onions
