INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:

  • 1 Cup Moong Dal

Soak For 2-3 Hours
Wash Well
Pour In A Blender

  • 4-5 Garlic Cloves
  • 2 Inch Ginger

Blend Coarsely

Pour In a Bowl

Whisk For 2 Min.

  • ¼ Cup Onion
  • 1 Grated Potato
  • 1 Cup Spinach
  • ½ Tspn Coriander Powder
  • ½ Tspn Cumin
  • ½ Tspn Pepper Powder
  • ½ Tspn Salt
  • ½ Tspn Chilli Powder
  • 2 Green Chilli
  • ½ Tspn Chat Masala
  • 1 Tbsp Coriander Leaves

Mix Well
Make Shape
Fry In Medium Heated Oil
Fry For 7-8 Min. In Low Flame
