Zebra cake

It's incredible what you can make with 3 glasses!

INGREDIENTS

  • 160g (1 cup) sugar
  • 400g (2 1/2 cups) flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 150ml (3/4 cup) vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 280ml (1 1/5 cups) milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 40g (1/4 cup) of cocoa powder
  • 400g (1 1/2 cups) condensed milk
  • 40g (1/4 cup) cocoa powder ’
  • White chocolate chips

METHOD

  1. In a bowl mix together eggs with sugar, oil, and milk, and add flour and baking powder. Divide the dough into two portions and add cocoa powder to the second.
  2. Add mixtures one by one into the pan and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 45 minutes.
  3. In another bowl mix together condensed milk with cocoa powder, pour it onto the cake, and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
