How To Cook Garlic Buttered Shrimp

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound extra large / jumbo deveined shrimp with shells and tails

  • Weber's Honey Garlic Seasoning
  • Weber's Roasted Garlic and Herb seasoning

•Mixed Spice & Herb Blend with Chili Pepper, Parsley & Garlic Seasoning (you can find this @ Ross

Department Store)

*Olive Oil

Ray Mack's CLARIFIED "LOVE BUTTER" RECIPE

•Fresh Parsley, chopped

  • 3 stick unsalted butter
  • 1 bulb minced garlic

*Weber's Garlic & Herb Seasoning

(you can add chopped onion as well...optional)

Instructions:

1. In a bowl , season shrimp with olive oil and all the spice seasoning listed above.
2. In a skillet, add olive oil
3. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook shrimp on
each side for 2-3 minutes- try not to over cook your shrimp
4. Add the butter mixture, let it melt, remove from heat and serve this baby right on up! You will love
this recipe.
