How to cook Chenna Malpua:

INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
- ½ Cup Cheena/ Paneer
- ½ Cup Flour
- ¼ Cup Suji
- 1 Tbsp Sugar
- ½ Tspn Fennel Seed
- ½ Tspn Cardamom Powder
- 1 Cup Milk (Add Gradually)
Keep For 15 Min.
Making Sugar Syrup:
- ½ Cup Sugar
- ½ Cup Water
Let It Boil
Boli For 2-3 Min.
Keep Aside
Take Some Batter
Fry in Medium Heated Oil
Fry Until Golden & Fluffy
Soak In Sugar Syrup
