INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:

  • ½ Cup Cheena/ Paneer
  • ½ Cup Flour
  • ¼ Cup Suji
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar
  • ½ Tspn Fennel Seed
  • ½ Tspn Cardamom Powder
  • 1 Cup Milk (Add Gradually)

Keep For 15 Min.

Making Sugar Syrup:

  • ½ Cup Sugar
  • ½ Cup Water

Let It Boil
Boli For 2-3 Min.
Keep Aside
Take Some Batter
Fry in Medium Heated Oil
Fry Until Golden & Fluffy
Soak In Sugar Syrup
