Pea & Bacon Soup
Great to see so many of you making the stews and now that soup season is officially upon us, this is my go to for back to school days! Great for lunch, meal prep and it freezes really well- Make it this week, recipe below
- 4 slices bacon, finely sliced
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 50g butter
- 500g frozen peas
- 150g spinach
- 750ml vegetable stock
- Drop of cream
