This is a delightfully rustic olive oil cake that happens to be dairy-free and gluten-free, so it's ideal to make for gatherings because everyone can enjoy it! Olive oil in cakes confuses my taste buds so I really like that hazelnut is the primary flavour in this. Wickedly addictive, with a meringue-like crust on the edges and brownie-like centre!
