Zucchini spaghetti
INGREDIENTS
- Zucchini
- Pesto
- Olive oil
- Cherry tomatoes
METHOD
- Add the zucchini to the special tool (spiral vegetable cutter) and make the spaghetti.
- Transfer the spaghetti to the plate and add the pesto and olive oil. Mix everything well.
- Finally, add the cherry tomatoes to the spaghetti, mix again well and serve.
