Stale bread in a pan
INGREDIENTS
- 300ml milk
- 200ml cooking cream
- 2 eggs
- Salt
- Nutmeg
- Smoked paprika
- 25g parmesan cheese
- Mozzarella cheese
- Oregano
- Stale bread
METHOD
- Mix eggs, milk, cooking cream, nutmeg, paprika, salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese in a bowl.
- Cut an old baguette into slices. Grease a pan and place the slices neatly in a circle.
- Pour the egg mixture on top and cook for several minutes. Use a plate to flip the bread over. Top with oregano and grated cheese.
- Cover and let cook for 5 more minutes.
