Stale bread in a pan

INGREDIENTS

  • 300ml milk
  • 200ml cooking cream
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt
  • Nutmeg
  • Smoked paprika
  • 25g parmesan cheese
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Oregano
  • Stale bread

METHOD

  • Mix eggs, milk, cooking cream, nutmeg, paprika, salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese in a bowl.
  • Cut an old baguette into slices. Grease a pan and place the slices neatly in a circle.
  • Pour the egg mixture on top and cook for several minutes. Use a plate to flip the bread over. Top with oregano and grated cheese.
  • Cover and let cook for 5 more minutes.
