INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:

  • 2 Cup Flour
  • 1 Tspn Sugar
  • Β½ Tspn Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Oil

Mix Well

  • 170 Ml Warm Milk (Add Gradually)

Make Soft Dough

Making Malai:

  • 1 Tspn Ghee
  • ΒΌ Cup Milk
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar

Let It Boil

  • Β½ Cup Milk Powder

Mix Well

Cook Until Separate from the Pan

Take Some Dough

Roll

  • 1 Tspn Ghee

Malai Stuffing
Fold
Roll
Fry in Medium Heat

  • 1 Tspn Oil

Fry Both Side Well
