Creamy Veggies Quiche

Ingredients

24×10cm tart pan(or 7inch round tart pan)

●For the crust

  • 140g Flour
  • 40g Olive oil
  • 2g Salt
  • 40g Milk

●For the filling

  • Onion
  • Wiener
  • Shimeji mushrooms 
  • Spinach 
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1 Egg 60g
  • 80g Heavy Cream(35%fat)
  • 25g Pizza cheese

For Topping:

  • Cherry tomatoes

Directions

Preparation:

Grease tart pan with butter.
①In a bowl, mix flour and salt.
②Add olive oil and milk and mix.
③Press it to gather and flatten.
Flatten the dough and cut in two again,repeating this step 3times.
④Sandwich the dough between cling wrap and roll it out a little larger than the tart.
Place the dough on the pan and press it into the tart pan.
Prick the base with a fork.
⑤Bake it at 356 °F/180℃ for 16 mins. After baking, set aside.
⑥Saute onion, wiener, shimeji mushrooms and spinach in a frying pan.
Season with salt and pepper.
Preheat oven to 356 °F/180℃.
⑦Beat the eggs and cream until well blended.
⑧Fill the crust with the sauteed vegetables.
Place pizza cheese on top of the vegetables.
Pour the cream mixture.
⑨Top with cherry tomatoes.
⑩Bake it at 356 °F/180℃ for 20 mins.It's all done!
