Apple Butter Cake

Ingredients

7in(18cm)×3in(8cm)loaf pan

  • 140g Apple(after peeling)
  • 1 Egg(60g)
  • *room temperature
  • 35g Sugar
  • 50g Greek yogurt (unsweetened)
  • 40g Melted salted butter  
  • 120g Cake flour 
  • 20g Almond flour
  • 3g Baking powder
  • Sliced almonds 

Directions

Preparation:

Line the cake pan with parchment paper.
Preheat the oven to 338 °F/170℃
①Peel apples and cut into small pieces.
②Crack the eggs into a bowl and mix well.
③Add sugar and mix.
④Add greek yogurt ,melted butter, almond flour in that order and mix well.
⑤Add the sifted flour,baking powder and mix.
⑥Add apples and mix.
⑦Pour the mixture into the loaf pan and sprinkle the sliced almonds all over the top.
⑦Bake the cake for 35min.It's all done!
*When the heat went away, put it in a plastic bag or wrap it.
