How to cook Zucchini cordon bleu:
INGREDIENTS
- 2 zucchini
- 150g (1 cup) breadcrumbs
- Egg wash
- 50g ham
- 50g mozzarella slices
METHOD
- Slice zucchini, and fill them with baked ham and mozzarella slices.
- Dip into the egg wash and breadcrumbs, and fry in the hot oil from both sides.
