Zucchini skewers
INGREDIENTS
- 4 zucchini
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- Grated parmesan
- Pepper
- Salt
- Paprika
- Olive oil
- Skewers
METHOD
- Cut the zucchini into several thin slices. Place in a bowl. Add grated parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, pepper, salt, paprika, oil and mix well.
- Arrange several slices on a skewer.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 180ºC (356ºF).
