INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:

  • 2 Raw Potato
  • ¼ Cup Onion
  • 2-3 Garlic Clove
  • ½ Cup Water

Blend Smooth

Pour in a Pan

  • 1 Cup Suji / Semolina
  • 1 Tspm Chilli Flakes
  • ½ Tspn Salt
  • ½ Tspn Mix Herbs
  • ½ Tspn Chat Masala
  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • ¾ Cup Water
  • Cook In Low Flame
  • Keep Stirring
  • Cook Until Separate from the Pan
  • Cool Down For 5 Min.
  • Take Some Dough
  • Roll
  • Cut Into Pieces
  • Make Shape
  • Fry in Medium Heated Oil
  • Fry Until Golden Color
