These juicy, succulent, and flavorful smoked beef ribs are super easy to make at home. You’ll just need three simple ingredients and a smoker to make this summer favorite.

RECIPE:

  • 2 racks beef short ribs (2½-3 lbs per rack, trimmed)
  • 6 Tbsp sriracha sauce (it will not taste spicy)
  • 1 Tbsp kosher salt (Diamond Crystal; use half for table salt)
  • 1 Tbsp 16-mesh ground black pepper
  • 3 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
