Tomato crepes


  • Tomato sauce
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Grated cheese
  • Oregano
  • 320ml water
  • 240g flour


  1. Mix flour with water. Beat and let stand for 5 minutes. Then blend until smooth. Pour into a pan and make a crepe.
  2. Mix tomato sauce, salt, pepper, and oregano.
  3. Fill each crepe with the tomato sauce and grated cheese, fold and heat in the pan until golden brown.
