Tomato crepes
INGREDIENTS
- Tomato sauce
- Salt
- Pepper
- Grated cheese
- Oregano
- 320ml water
- 240g flour
METHOD
- Mix flour with water. Beat and let stand for 5 minutes. Then blend until smooth. Pour into a pan and make a crepe.
- Mix tomato sauce, salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Fill each crepe with the tomato sauce and grated cheese, fold and heat in the pan until golden brown.
