Ingredients!

  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 Teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 Teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 Teaspoon paprika
  • 2 Tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3-4 Tablespoons water
  • 1/2 Teaspoon pepper flakes
  • 3-4 Tablespoons olive oil

Here's a simple recipe for garlic butter pork bites:

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound pork tenderloin, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Chopped parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the pork pieces in a large bowl and pour the garlic butter mixture over the top. Toss well to coat all the pork pieces.
  4. Thread the pork pieces onto skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
  5. Place the skewers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through and browned on the outside.
  7. Remove the skewers from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired, and serve immediately.
