Potato and bacon in a pan

INGREDIENTS

  • 5 potatoes
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • 50g of butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 250g of bacon
  • Rosemary

METHOD

  1. In a pot full of water add the potatoes and boil for 20 minutes or until the potatoes are soft.
  2. Transfer them to the water with ice cubes for a few minutes and then remove them from the water.
  3. Cut the potatoes into small pieces and transfer them to the pan with the olive oil. Add the pieces of the butter on top and fry for a few minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Arrange the bacon and fry until the potatoes are golden and the bacon is crunchy. At the end add the rosemary, remove it from the pot and serve.
