Potato and bacon in a pan
INGREDIENTS
- 5 potatoes
- Extra virgin olive oil
- 50g of butter
- Salt
- Pepper
- 250g of bacon
- Rosemary
METHOD
- In a pot full of water add the potatoes and boil for 20 minutes or until the potatoes are soft.
- Transfer them to the water with ice cubes for a few minutes and then remove them from the water.
- Cut the potatoes into small pieces and transfer them to the pan with the olive oil. Add the pieces of the butter on top and fry for a few minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Arrange the bacon and fry until the potatoes are golden and the bacon is crunchy. At the end add the rosemary, remove it from the pot and serve.
