Chocolate cups with cream

INGREDIENTS

  • 70g (1/4 cup) of butter (melted)
  • 10g (3/4 tbsp) of vanilla sugar
  • 70g (3/4 cup) of powdered sugar
  • 400g (1 1/2 cups) of fresh ricotta
  • 200g of chocolate (melted)

METHOD

  1. In a bowl add the butter (melted) and mix it with vanilla sugar and powdered sugar. Add the ricotta to the mixture and blend everything to obtain a cream with the immersion blender.
  2. Melt the chocolate and brush it in the molds to create the first wrapper, put it in the fridge for 10 minutes.
  3. After time has elapsed create the second wrapper and transfer it to the fridge for 10 more minutes.
  4. Fill each cup with the prepared ricotta mixture and cover with the melted chocolate.
  5. Transfer to the fridge for 1 hour and serve.
