Chocolate cups with cream
INGREDIENTS
- 70g (1/4 cup) of butter (melted)
- 10g (3/4 tbsp) of vanilla sugar
- 70g (3/4 cup) of powdered sugar
- 400g (1 1/2 cups) of fresh ricotta
- 200g of chocolate (melted)
METHOD
- In a bowl add the butter (melted) and mix it with vanilla sugar and powdered sugar. Add the ricotta to the mixture and blend everything to obtain a cream with the immersion blender.
- Melt the chocolate and brush it in the molds to create the first wrapper, put it in the fridge for 10 minutes.
- After time has elapsed create the second wrapper and transfer it to the fridge for 10 more minutes.
- Fill each cup with the prepared ricotta mixture and cover with the melted chocolate.
- Transfer to the fridge for 1 hour and serve.
