  • 1 Kilo Isaw or Intestine - 137 pesos
  • 1/8 cup patis or fish sauce - 2 pesos
  • salt & black pepper to taste - 50 centavos
  • 2.8 Liters Pork Blood
  • 1 chicken cube - 7 pesos
  • 1tbsp sugar - 50 centavos
  • 1/3 white vinegar - 80 centavos

Pork Blood

  • 2Liters Purong Pork Blood
  • 1/3 cup vinegar - 80 centavos
  • 1 tbsp Rock Salt - 50 centavos
