Crunchy Rice Flour Cookies

Ingredients

16Cookies

●25g Kinako (roasted soybean flour)
●90g Rice flour
●15g Almond flower
●30g Cane sugar
●A Dash of salt
●4g Baking powder
30g Oil
60g Soy milk(or milk)

Directions

Preparation: Preheat oven to 338 °F/170℃.
Line the cake pan with parchment paper.
①Add the ingredients marked with ● to a bowl and mix well with a Whisk.
②Combine Soy milk, oil, into a bowl and whisk until smooth.
③Add ② to ① and mix.
④Make it square and flatten(12cm squares)
⑤Cut into 16 pieces.
Place scones on a prepared tray.
⑥Bake for 22 minutes.It's all done!
