Pizza balloon
INGREDIENTS
- 1 tbsp yogurt
- 100ml (2/5 cup) water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 250g (2 cups) flour
- 100g tomato sauce
- 100g shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tsp oregano
- Egg yolk
METHOD
- In a bowl mix together yogurt, water, salt, baking powder, and flour.
- Divide the dough into 4 pieces. Roll it out and fill with tomato sauce, mozzarella, and oregano, top with another piece of dough and blow it up.
- Spread with egg yolk and bake at 200°C (390°F) for 20 minutes.
