Pizza balloon

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tbsp yogurt
  • 100ml (2/5 cup) water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 250g (2 cups) flour
  • 100g tomato sauce
  • 100g shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • Egg yolk

METHOD

  1. In a bowl mix together yogurt, water, salt, baking powder, and flour.
  2. Divide the dough into 4 pieces. Roll it out and fill with tomato sauce, mozzarella, and oregano, top with another piece of dough and blow it up.
  3. Spread with egg yolk and bake at 200°C (390°F) for 20 minutes.
