Canned corn


  • 6 corns
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp kosher salt


  1. Cut the cobs into several slices.
  2. Put them in boiling water for 35 minutes.
  3. Fill two jars with the drained corn slices. Add a tablespoon of sugar and coarse salt to each jar.
  4. Fill with boiling water and close with the lids.
