Fish Curry




Fish Curry

We are making Mackerel Curry using as many frozen ingredients as possible. This curry is speedy to make and delicious. I wonder why this dish makes me feel so cheerful. It's my favorite!

  1. 200g Packaged Boiled Mackerel (7.1 oz)
  2. 1 tbsp Garlic Clove, chopped
  3. 1 tbsp Ginger Root, chopped
  4. 150g Onion, chopped (5.3 oz)
  5. 100g Packaged Boiled Tomato (3.5 oz)
  6. 40g Green Bell Pepper (1.4 oz)
  7. 40g Red Bell Pepper (1.4 oz)
  8. 2 tbsp Olive Oil, approx.
  9. 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  10. 1/3 Dried Red Chili Pepper, deseeded
  11. 2 tsp Honey
  12. 1 tbsp Curry Powder
  13. 2/3 tsp Salt, * The amount of salt in boiled mackerel varies depending on the product, so use this as a guide.

Hot Steamed Rice

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
