Fish Curry

We are making Mackerel Curry using as many frozen ingredients as possible. This curry is speedy to make and delicious. I wonder why this dish makes me feel so cheerful. It's my favorite!
- 200g Packaged Boiled Mackerel (7.1 oz)
- 1 tbsp Garlic Clove, chopped
- 1 tbsp Ginger Root, chopped
- 150g Onion, chopped (5.3 oz)
- 100g Packaged Boiled Tomato (3.5 oz)
- 40g Green Bell Pepper (1.4 oz)
- 40g Red Bell Pepper (1.4 oz)
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil, approx.
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1/3 Dried Red Chili Pepper, deseeded
- 2 tsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Curry Powder
- 2/3 tsp Salt, * The amount of salt in boiled mackerel varies depending on the product, so use this as a guide.
Hot Steamed Rice
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
