Grilled buns

INGREDIENTS

  • 280g(2 1/4 cups) of flour
  • 150g (3/4 cup) of milk
  • 1 egg
  • 30g of sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 20g of butter
  • 7g dry yeast
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • Baked ham
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato

METHOD

    1. In a bowl mix together milk with sugar, yeast, and egg, add in flour and salt and let the dough rise for 20 minutes.
    2. Add in butter and let it rise for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
    3. Divide the dough into four pieces and press with an oven rack and bake at 170°C (375°F) for 35 minutes, spread with melted butter.
    4. Fill with lettuce, baked ham, and tomatoes.
