Grilled buns
INGREDIENTS
- 280g(2 1/4 cups) of flour
- 150g (3/4 cup) of milk
- 1 egg
- 30g of sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 20g of butter
- 7g dry yeast
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- Baked ham
- Lettuce
- Tomato
METHOD
- In a bowl mix together milk with sugar, yeast, and egg, add in flour and salt and let the dough rise for 20 minutes.
- Add in butter and let it rise for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
- Divide the dough into four pieces and press with an oven rack and bake at 170°C (375°F) for 35 minutes, spread with melted butter.
- Fill with lettuce, baked ham, and tomatoes.
