Cabbage fritters
INGREDIENTS
- Carrot
- Cabbage
- 100g (3/4 cup) flour
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp baking powder 1
- Egg
- 180ml (3/4 cup) water
- ½ tbsp oil
- Oil for frying
METHOD
- Mix flour, baking powder, salt, egg, and oil in a bowl. Gradually add the water.
- Finely chop cabbage and carrot.
- Add the cut vegetables into the flour mixture.
- Take a little mixture with a spoon and place in hot oil. Fry until golden.
