Cabbage fritters

INGREDIENTS

  • Carrot
  • Cabbage
  • 100g (3/4 cup) flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp baking powder 1
  • Egg
  • 180ml (3/4 cup) water
  • ½ tbsp oil
  • Oil for frying

METHOD

  1. Mix flour, baking powder, salt, egg, and oil in a bowl. Gradually add the water.
  2. Finely chop cabbage and carrot.
  3. Add the cut vegetables into the flour mixture.
  4. Take a little mixture with a spoon and place in hot oil. Fry until golden.
