Sweet samosa
INGREDIENTS
- 240g (1 cup) of Ricotta cheese
- 40g (5 tbsp) of Powdered sugar
- 100g (3/4 cup) of Chocolate chips
- Orange (peel)
- 1 roll of Phyllo dough
- Seed oil
- Powdered sugar
METHOD
- In a bowl add the ricotta cheese, powdered sugar, chocolate chips, and orange (peel) and mix all together well.
- Arrange the phyllo dough on a cutting board and drizzle with oil. Add three more layers and repeat the process, stacking the dough on top of each other.
- Cut the three parts vertically and add the spoon of the prepared ricotta mixture at the start of each strip. Roll each strip to create the triangle shape.
- Transfer to the baking tray covered with parchment paper and transfer to the oven. Bake at 200°C/392°F for 15 minutes until they are golden.
- Decorate with powdered sugar and serve.
