Sweet samosa


  • 240g (1 cup) of Ricotta cheese
  • 40g (5 tbsp) of Powdered sugar
  • 100g (3/4 cup) of Chocolate chips
  • Orange (peel)
  • 1 roll of Phyllo dough
  • Seed oil
  • Powdered sugar


  1. In a bowl add the ricotta cheese, powdered sugar, chocolate chips, and orange (peel) and mix all together well.
  2. Arrange the phyllo dough on a cutting board and drizzle with oil. Add three more layers and repeat the process, stacking the dough on top of each other.
  3. Cut the three parts vertically and add the spoon of the prepared ricotta mixture at the start of each strip. Roll each strip to create the triangle shape.
  4. Transfer to the baking tray covered with parchment paper and transfer to the oven. Bake at 200°C/392°F for 15 minutes until they are golden.
  5. Decorate with powdered sugar and serve.
