Potato sunflower

INGREDIENTS

  • 12-14 potatoes
  • 250ml (1 cup) cream
  • 50g (1/5 cup) melted butter
  • 1 round Brie
  • 20g (1/4 cup) parmesan
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

METHOD

  1. Peel and slice the potatoes, in a bowl mix together cream, melted butter, parmesan, salt, and pepper.
  2. Pour over the potatoes and place them into the pan and bake at 150°C (300°F) for 80 minutes.
  3. Place Brie into the center and bake for another 20 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
