Potato sunflower
INGREDIENTS
- 12-14 potatoes
- 250ml (1 cup) cream
- 50g (1/5 cup) melted butter
- 1 round Brie
- 20g (1/4 cup) parmesan
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
METHOD
- Peel and slice the potatoes, in a bowl mix together cream, melted butter, parmesan, salt, and pepper.
- Pour over the potatoes and place them into the pan and bake at 150°C (300°F) for 80 minutes.
- Place Brie into the center and bake for another 20 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
