Baked pumpkin

INGREDIENTS

  • 600g of pumpkin
  • Rosemary
  • Salt
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Extra virgin
  • olive oil

METHOD

  1. Cut the pumpkin in half and remove the inner part. Slice into wedges.
  2. Arrange the pumpkin slices on the baking tray covered with parchment paper and add the rosemary, salt, and garlic, and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Transfer to the oven and bake at 180°C/360°F for 30 minutes.
