Naan bread

INGREDIENTS

  • 300g (2 1/2 cups) of flour
  • 1/2 tsp of baking soda
  • 5g (1 tsp) of salt
  • 250g (1 cup) of greek yogurt
  • 100g of mozzarella

METHOD

  1. In a bowl add the flour, baking soda, salt, and greek yogurt and mix with the spatula. When the ingredients are becoming together knead the dough with your hands until smooth.
  2. Transfer the dough to the bowl, cover with cling film and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  3. After time has elapsed split the dough into 8 equal parts and flatten each one with your hands. Put the cheese in the middle and close with your hands. Flatten it with a rolling pin.
  4. Cook in a pan over medium heat; as soon as the first bubbles form, turn the bread and repeat the process until is completely swollen.
