Naan bread
INGREDIENTS
- 300g (2 1/2 cups) of flour
- 1/2 tsp of baking soda
- 5g (1 tsp) of salt
- 250g (1 cup) of greek yogurt
- 100g of mozzarella
METHOD
- In a bowl add the flour, baking soda, salt, and greek yogurt and mix with the spatula. When the ingredients are becoming together knead the dough with your hands until smooth.
- Transfer the dough to the bowl, cover with cling film and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- After time has elapsed split the dough into 8 equal parts and flatten each one with your hands. Put the cheese in the middle and close with your hands. Flatten it with a rolling pin.
- Cook in a pan over medium heat; as soon as the first bubbles form, turn the bread and repeat the process until is completely swollen.
