Chocolate Oil Cake

Ingredients

5.9inch (15cm)round Cake Pan

  • 1 Egg 60g
  • 50g Oil
  • 40g Milk
  • 45g granulated sugar
  • 40g Greek yogurt (unsweetened)
  • 80g Cake flour
  • 15g Almond flour
  • 15g Cocoa powder
  • 3g Baking powder
  • 150g Dark chocolate

Directions

Preparation:

Line the cake pan with parchment paper.
Preheat the oven to 338 °F/170℃
①Mix the Star mark ingredients in order from the top.
②Sift and add dry ingredients and mix.
③Finally, add the chocolate.
Mix roughly.
④Pour the batter into the cake tin.
⑤Add chocolate for topping on top.
⑥Bake the cake for 30min.It's all done!
