INGREDIENTS

  • 1 puff pastry sheet
  • chocolate bars
  • 1 egg yolk
  • flaked almonds

METHOD

1. Alternate different chocolate cubes down the center of the puff pastry a puff pastry sheet.
2. Cut strips on both sides of the puff pastry.
3. Make a braid until covering all the chocolate surface.
4. Beat the egg yolk with some milk and brush the puff pastry, then add the almonds.
5. Bake for 20-25 minutes a 190°C.
6. Cover with powdered sugar and serve hot.
