2 tablespoons cocoa powder
¼ cup granulated sugar (50 g)
¼ teaspoon baking powder
1 pinch of salt

1 egg
3 tablespoons canola oil
powdered sugar, for serving
fresh berries, optional, for serving
Preparation

- In a medium bowl, whisk the flour, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, baking powder, salt, vanilla, egg, and oil until smooth.
- Add the chocolate cake batter to a mini frying pan over low heat, and spread to smooth the top.

5 oz pizza dough (140 g)
2 tablespoons marinara sauce
¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese (25 g)
3 pieces pepperoni
Preparation

- Place the pizza dough in the pan and let brown, 3-5 minutes.
- Flip the dough and use a spatula to press the dough against the bottom of the pan and up the sides.
- Spread marinara sauce in the center of the dough and top with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni.
- Cook for 10 minutes, until the dough is crispy and cheese is melted.

¼ cup flour (30 g)
¼ teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons sugar, divided
1 tablespoon butter, cold, cubed
2 tablespoons milk
1 cup mixed berries, fresh or frozen (150 g)
1 tablespoon water
Preparation
Under 30 min
- In a medium bowl, add the flour, baking powder, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and the butter.
- Cut the butter into the flour with a fork until the mixture crumbly.
- Add the milk and stir until the mixture comes together.
- Heat the mini frying pan over low heat.
- Add the berries, water, and remaining tablespoon of sugar to the frying pan.
- Scoop the dough on top of the berries, flatten slightly with a spoon, and cover with a small plate.

Preparation
