Tomatoes Snacks
INGREDIENTS
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 4 tomatoes
- Salt
- Rosemary
- Olive oil
METHOD
- Cut the garlic into thin slices. Also, cut the tomatoes in half.
- Arrange the tomatoes in half, transfer them to the plate, and season with salt. Arrange the garlic slices on top and rosemary.
- Transfer the tomato halves to a pre-greased grill pan and grill until the tomatoes are soft.
- Serve them on the plate and pour the olive oil on top.
