Tomatoes Snacks

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 4 tomatoes
  • Salt
  • Rosemary
  • Olive oil

METHOD

  1. Cut the garlic into thin slices. Also, cut the tomatoes in half.
  2. Arrange the tomatoes in half, transfer them to the plate, and season with salt. Arrange the garlic slices on top and rosemary.
  3. Transfer the tomato halves to a pre-greased grill pan and grill until the tomatoes are soft.
  4. Serve them on the plate and pour the olive oil on top.
