Sweet Potato Mochi

Ingredients

bite-size 14 Mochi

  • 200g Sweet potato(after peeling)
  • 15g Sugar
  • 20g Potato starch
  • 5g Butter *optional
  • Kinako (Grourd Roasted Soy Beans)*optional

① Peel sweet potatoes and cut into small pieces.
Soak in water for 10 minutes.
②Microwave at 600w for 4 minutes.
③ Mash the sweet potato and mix with sugar and potato starch.
④ Roll the dough into bite-size pieces.
⑤Heat a frying pan, spread a thin layer of oil, and cook until lightly browned.
⑥Finally, add butter as you like
