Preparing the Filling
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 cup Onion (chopped)
- 1 Pkt Blue Tribe Plant-Based Chicken Keema
- Salt (as required)
For the Spice-Mix
- 1 cup Coriander Leaves
- 4 Green Chillies
- 1/4 cup Garlic Cloves (peeled)
- 1 tbsp Coriander Seeds
- 1 tbsp Garam Masala Powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
For the Sandwich
- 2 Bread Slices (triangle shaped)
- Mayonnaise (vegan)
- Tomato Slices (as required)
- Vegan Cheese (as required)
- Vegan Butter (as required)
