Baguette with sausage
INGREDIENTS
- Baguette
- 100g salami slices
- 100g baked ham slices
- Tomato slices
- 100g mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 4 tbsp butter
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp powdered garlic
- 2 tbsp parsley chopped
METHOD
- Cut baguette into two pieces, and top with salami and tomato slices on the first piece of baguette.
- Top with baked ham and tomato slices second, top with egg wash and sprinkle with parsley and cheese.
- Bake at 200°C (390°F) for 8 minutes.
