Baguette with sausage

INGREDIENTS

  • Baguette
  • 100g salami slices
  • 100g baked ham slices
  • Tomato slices
  • 100g mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp powdered garlic
  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped

METHOD

  1. Cut baguette into two pieces, and top with salami and tomato slices on the first piece of baguette.
  2. Top with baked ham and tomato slices second, top with egg wash and sprinkle with parsley and cheese.
  3. Bake at 200°C (390°F) for 8 minutes.
