Fluffy Pie


  • 240g (1 3/4 cups) all-purpose flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 80g (5 tbsp) melted butter
  • 60ml (1/4 cup) whole milk
  • 150g (3/4 cup) sugar
  • 10g (3/4 tbsp) baking powder
  • 15ml (1 tbsp) vanilla extract
  • 1 g salt (adjust quantity base on your taste)


  1. Sift the flour into a deeper bowl, then add the baking powder and stir.
  2. In another bowl, add eggs and whisk with sugar. Gradually add the flour mixture to the eggs and mix. Add milk to the mixture and continue to mix, then add vanilla extract, 1 g of salt, and mix.
  3. At the very end, add the melted, cooled butter, mix and pour into a 15 cm mold that you have lined with baking paper.
  4. Bake in an air fryer at 180°C for 40 minutes.
