Cherry bundt cake

INGREDIENTS

  • Cherries
  • 4 eggs
  • 110g (1/2 cup) of sugar
  • A pinch of salt
  • 200ml (1 cup) of seed oil
  • 200ml (3/4 cup) of milk
  • 180g (1 1/2 cups) of flour
  • 15g (1 tbsp) of baking powder

METHOD

  1. In a bowl add the eggs, sugar, and salt and mix with the electric mixer until the sugar dissolve.
  2. Add the seed oil, milk, flour, and baking powder and continue mixing until all is well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into the cake mold (24cm - mold size) and arrange the cherries on top.
  4. Transfer the cake to the oven and bake at 180°C/360°F for 45 minutes.
