Cherry bundt cake
INGREDIENTS
- Cherries
- 4 eggs
- 110g (1/2 cup) of sugar
- A pinch of salt
- 200ml (1 cup) of seed oil
- 200ml (3/4 cup) of milk
- 180g (1 1/2 cups) of flour
- 15g (1 tbsp) of baking powder
METHOD
- In a bowl add the eggs, sugar, and salt and mix with the electric mixer until the sugar dissolve.
- Add the seed oil, milk, flour, and baking powder and continue mixing until all is well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the cake mold (24cm - mold size) and arrange the cherries on top.
- Transfer the cake to the oven and bake at 180°C/360°F for 45 minutes.
