Ingredients:

  • ½ cup black gram. Kala chana
  • 1/3 cup whole wheat flour, roti ka atta, use as needed
  • ½ inch ginger chopped
  • 1 green chili chopped, adjust to taste
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp asafetida, hing
  • ½ tsp cumin seeds, jeera
  • 3 tbsp oil for cooking
