Bell pepper fritters
INGREDIENTS
- 1 egg
- 200ml (4/5 cup) milk
- 200ml (4/5 cup) lukewarm water
- 10g dry yeast
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 540g (4 1/3 cups) flour
- 1 potato, chopped
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 2 green peppers, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 80g mozzarella, chopped
METHOD
- In a bowl mix together milk, water, sugar, egg, and yeast. Add in flour and salt. Let rest for 1 hour, or until doubled size.
- Mix in chopped vegetables and mozzarella.
- Fry fritters in hot oil until golden brown.
