Ingredients

12 Scones

  • 100g Bread flour
  • 100g Cake flour
  • (You can use all-purpose flour )
  • 6g Baking powder
  • 25g Sugar 
  • 2g Salt
  • 200g Heavy cream

Directions

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 374 °F/190℃

①Put the ingredients marked with in a bowl, stir well.

②Add the heavy whipping cream and Mix.

③Using your palm, gently flatten the dough to 1 in thick rectangle shape.

④Cut the dough into 12 pieces.

⑤Bake it at 374 °F/190℃ for 16 min.
