Peanut butter truffles

INGREDIENTS
For the cookies:
- 90g of Biscuits
- 250g (2 1/4 cups) of Icing sugar
- 120g (1/2 cup) of Butter (melted)
- 230g (1 cup) of Peanut butter
For the chocolate coating:
- 200g (1 1/4 cups) of Chocolate chips
- 50g (1/4 cup) of Peanut butter
- Salt
METHOD
- In a bowl add the biscuits, icing sugar, and butter and mix all together well. Add the peanut butter and mix again until the mixture is compact.
- Create the balls from the mixture and transfer them to the plate. Move to the freezer for 20 minutes.
- In a bowl add the chocolate chips and peanut butter. Transfer to the microwave for 2 minutes.
- Remove the balls from the freezer and deep each ball into the chocolate mixture to cover them.
- Transfer the truffles to the plate and sprinkle each one with salt.
