Pleurotus cutlets
INGREDIENTS
- 8 pieces of pleurotus mushrooms
- 2 eggs
- Salt
- 120ml (1/2 cup) of milk
- 70g (1/2 cup) of all-purpose flour
- 150g (1 1/4 cups) of breadcrumbs
- 50g (1/2 cup) of parmesan cheese
- Parsley
- Oil for frying
METHOD
- In a bowl add the eggs, season them with salt, and whisk. Add the milk and flour and mix them all together well.
- Mix the breadcrumbs, parmesan, and parsley to prepare the mixture for coating.
- Dip each pleurotus mushroom first in the egg mixture and then coat it with the breadcrumbs mixture.
- Fry them in dip hot oil until they are golden brown on both sides.
