Pleurotus cutlets


  • 8 pieces of pleurotus mushrooms
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt
  • 120ml (1/2 cup) of milk
  • 70g (1/2 cup) of all-purpose flour
  • 150g (1 1/4 cups) of breadcrumbs
  • 50g (1/2 cup) of parmesan cheese
  • Parsley
  • Oil for frying


  1. In a bowl add the eggs, season them with salt, and whisk. Add the milk and flour and mix them all together well.
  2. Mix the breadcrumbs, parmesan, and parsley to prepare the mixture for coating.
  3. Dip each pleurotus mushroom first in the egg mixture and then coat it with the breadcrumbs mixture.
  4. Fry them in dip hot oil until they are golden brown on both sides.
