Chicken Pasta

Onion Tomato Spice-Mix/Sauce

3-4 tbsp Oil

  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 cup Onions (chopped)
  • Salt (as required)
  • 1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic & Green Chilli Paste
  • 1/2 cup Tomato Pulp
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder

**The Spice-Mix can be stored in the refrigerator for 30 days.

Boiling the Pasta

  • 1 ltr Water
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Penne Pasta

Preparing the Pasta

  • 200 gms Chicken Breast (cut into batons)
  • 1 tsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves
  • 1/4 cup Pasta Water
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Cream
  • 1/4 tsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves
