- 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
**The Spice-Mix can be stored in the refrigerator for 30 days.
Boiling the Pasta
- 1 ltr Water
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Penne Pasta
Preparing the Pasta
- 200 gms Chicken Breast (cut into batons)
- 1 tsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves
- 1/4 cup Pasta Water
- 2 tbsp Fresh Cream
- 1/4 tsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves
