Bittersweet cabbage


  • 800g red cabbage
  • 100ml vinegar
  • Garlic Red chili pepper
  • Salt Pepper
  • 20g sugar Olive oil
  • 200ml water


  1. Cut a washed cabbage into thin strips.
  2. Pour oil into a pan, and add garlic and red chili.
  3. Add the chopped cabbage, stir and let cook.
  4. Add salt, and pepper and mix again.
  5. Add a glass of water, put the lid on, and cook for 10 minutes.
  6. Mix vinegar with sugar in a glass and pour over the cabbage.
  7. Mix and cook for 10 minutes.
