Bittersweet cabbage
INGREDIENTS
- 800g red cabbage
- 100ml vinegar
- Garlic Red chili pepper
- Salt Pepper
- 20g sugar Olive oil
- 200ml water
METHOD
- Cut a washed cabbage into thin strips.
- Pour oil into a pan, and add garlic and red chili.
- Add the chopped cabbage, stir and let cook.
- Add salt, and pepper and mix again.
- Add a glass of water, put the lid on, and cook for 10 minutes.
- Mix vinegar with sugar in a glass and pour over the cabbage.
- Mix and cook for 10 minutes.
