INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:

  • 1 Cup Suji/ Semolina
  • ½ Cup Curd
  • ½ Tspn Salt
  • 1 & ½ Cup Water (Add Gradually)

Keep For 15 Min.

  • 2 Boiled Mashed Potatoes
  • 2 Tbsp Capsicum
  • 2 Tbsp Carrot
  • 2 Tbsp Onion
  • 2 Green Chilli
  • ½ Tspn Salt
  • ¼ Tspn Turmeric Powder
  • ½ Tspn Chilli Powder
  • ½ Tspn Coriander Powder
  • ½ Tspn Cumin Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Coriander Leaves

Mix Well

  • ¼ Tspn Baking Soda

Grease Oil in Steel Bowl

Pour Half Suji Mixture

Potato Mixture

Cover With Suji

Boiling Water

Steam For 15-20 Min.
