For Dough

1 tsp = 5 mm

1 Tbsp = 15 mm

1 Cup = 250 mm

  • 280 g (2 cups) bread flour
  • 85 g (1/3 cup) warm milk(about 45 ~ 50 ℃ )
  • 85 g (1/3 cup) warm water(about 45 ~ 50 ℃ )
  • 25 g (1+1/2 Tbsp) unsalted butter
  • 30 g (2+1/2 Tbsp) granulated sugar
  • 5 g (1 tsp) salt
  • 5 g (1+1/2 tsp) instant yeast

Filling : 5 Tbsp Nutella

Egg wash

  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 Tbsp milk (or water)
