- 25 g (1+1/2 Tbsp) unsalted butter
- 30 g (2+1/2 Tbsp) granulated sugar
- 5 g (1 tsp) salt
- 5 g (1+1/2 tsp) instant yeast
Filling : 5 Tbsp Nutella
Egg wash
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 Tbsp milk (or water)
